New 'Be Well UC' Employee Wellness Program Rolls Out
The University of Cincinnati Be Well UC comprehensive wellness program offers a variety of programming and opportunities to help faculty and staff find ways to engage in healthy habits

Be Well UC is all about taking care of yourself and is organized under five major themes: Eat Well, Feel Well, Live Well, Move Well and Save Well. Information will be updated monthly to provide fresh, relevant content that matters to you. All programming and resources are described and available on the

All Be Well UC lunch and learn programming will be open to everyone on campus. For Program Year 1 Sept. 1, 2015-Aug. 31, 2016 the

To begin to earn incentives, you are encouraged to Take the Steps to Be Well:
- Start by logging in to the Asset Health portal at www.assethealth.com/bewelluc

Complete Step 1 and earn $25 just for completing these steps and get a personalized summary of your results
o Health Assessment (completed on the portal)
o Health Screening (completed at one of the on-campus screening events or with your physician)

Choose Step 2 programming that interests you, log it on the portal to track it and earn up to $240!
o Lunch & Learns that fall under each of the well themes
o E-learning courses on a variety of topics that have games and quick quizzes on the portal
o Fitness, nutrition and stress-free challenges you can complete as an individual or with a team
o Earn points for doing things you are probably already doing, such as attending the annual Benefits Fair, getting a flu shot or your annual physical or dental exam.
o You can earn points for affirming you are tobacco-free and more!
