'Hypernatural' Featured in Park National Bank Art Gallery at UC Clermont

Hypernatural, a series of works by James Oberschlake, will be featured in the Park National Bank Art Gallery at UC Clermont College from October 1 - 27. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

Oberschlake, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Master of Fine Arts program, explores a diverse range of textures, combined with color and value relationships to create the series he calls

Hypernatural

. Oberschlake uses the physical process of material application to build layers of content which form a narrative. This technique can be seen in the dynamic quality of his mixed media works on paper and canvas.

The Park National Bank Art Gallery is located in the Snyder building on the UC Clermont College campus in Batavia at 4200 Clermont College Drive. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The gallery is closed weekends.
