GIVEHOPE Fundraiser Event at the University of Cincinnati through Oct. 3
This week in UCs Tangeman University Center through Saturday, Oct. 3, donate $1 to GIVEHOPE in honor of cancer patients, survivors, or in memory of someone who lost the battle with cancer. GIVEHOPE donation cards can be purchased at any TUC Food Court restaurant. Participating restaurants include Taco Bell, Greens to Go with KumaNeko Sushi, Burger King, Papa Johns and Chick-fil-A.
To boost donations. the University Dining Services staff has waged a friendly competition. The restaurant team that sells the most GIVEHOPE donation cards will win a $100 VISA Gift Card and a Graeters Ice Cream party.
The
Fund was founded in December 2010 to raise funds to benefit Pancreatic Cancer Research, Education, Prevention and Awareness Programs with preference given to the Greater Cincinnati area. GIVEHOPE is an all-volunteer organization in which 98 percent of donations go to mission.
