Complete Annual Enrollment Selections Before Nov. 30 Deadline
UCs Annual Enrollment period began on Nov. 1 and ends on Nov. 30. If you havent done so already, please take a few minutes and complete your 2016 enrollment.
You will make your enrollment elections online using
UC Flex Employee Self Service (ESS)
. Remember to review and save and changes you make, and click submit when you are finished. It is always a good idea to print your selections.
In 2016, you will have a choice of two medical plans the High Deductible Health Plan/Health Savings Account and the PPO. Additionally, Anthem will replace Humana as the dental claims administrator. The plans and employee costs will remain the same in 2016.
