Complete Annual Enrollment Selections Before Nov. 30 Deadline

UC’s Annual Enrollment period began on Nov. 1 and ends on Nov. 30.  If you haven’t done so already, please take a few minutes and complete your 2016 enrollment.

You will make your enrollment elections online using

UC Flex Employee Self Service (ESS)

.  Remember to review and save and changes you make, and click ‘submit’ when you are finished.  It is always a good idea to print your selections.

In 2016, you will have a choice of two medical plans – the High Deductible Health Plan/Health Savings Account and the PPO.  Additionally, Anthem will replace Humana as the dental claims administrator. The plans and employee costs will remain the same in 2016.
