Be Well UC Celebrates Successful Launch
If youre already familiar with Be Well UC, you know theres been a lot going on this first semester since it launched. Heres a quick overview of some of the highlights of the program:
- 26 portal of eligible employees have logged into the portal (1,509), logging in an average of four times each
- 8 on-campus health screenings were conducted serving 1,012 individuals
- 970 individuals have completed both the health assessment and health screening and have earned a $25 Amazon gift card
- 649 individuals have already reached Step 2 incentive levels: Bronze - $120 (528), Silver - $180 (62) and Gold - $240 (59)
- 1,926 courses have been completed on the Be Well UC portal, with top topics including managing stress, coping with depression, preventing diabetes and preventing my back from injury.
- 45 lunch & learns have been offered on all campuses (Blue Ash, Clermont, East, Main and Medical), highlighting each of the wells (Eat Well, Feel Well, Live Well, Move Well, Save Well)
- 67 wellness ambassadors have volunteered their time to help promote wellness on campus

Web page that shares some helpful information and resources on topics including managing stress through the holidays, reducing the spread of germs, safe and smart holiday gift buying, and healthy eating and exercise at home.

TREMOR is a performance art project created in response to Brianna Matzke's essential tremor diagnosis. It features a world premiere piano concert and panel discussion at 6 p.m. on May 5, 2024 at the American Sign Museum. The project also includes an art opening, with musical responses from local new-music ensemble concert:nova on April 28 at The Well.
