UC Online Graduate Programs Rise in Rankings

The U.S. News & World Report’s 2016 Rankings for Best Online Programs in the nation highlighted UC’s commitment to Distance Learning excellence for the fourth consecutive year. Since the publication began ranking online Graduate programs in 2012, UC has ranked in the top 100 institutions consistently. With over 5,000 students enrolled in the 62 online degrees, specializations, and certificates UC offers, the rankings prove UC is an outstanding

choice

for online learning.

The following is a summary of the rankings UC earned for the 2016 year: 

  • Best Online Graduate Nursing Program #8
  • Best Online Graduate Criminal Justice Program #14
  • Best Online Graduate Business Program (not MBA) #30
  • Best Online Graduate Education Program #30
  • Best Online Graduate Engineering Program #49
  • Best Online MBA Program #52 

The rankings and scores were assessed through five different categories including, student engagement, admissions selectivity, peer reputation, faculty credentials and training, and student services and technology. UC was also named in the top 200 institutions for Best Online Bachelor’s Programs in this publication.
