Couples will be treated to a romantic dinner for $45,
featuring appetizers, salad, an entrée choice and a delectable trio of desserts.

- Caramelized Onion Tart with Lemon Crème and Applewood-smoked Bacon

- Lemon & Herb Chicken with Truffle Honey-glazed Roasted Baby Carrots and Wild Rice

His faculty appointment officially begins on Aug. 15, 2025.
