Training on New Electronic ESM Contract Management System Available
The Office of General Counsel and Central Purchasing rolled out the new electronic ESM Contract Management system earlier this year.
Training on the new system is ongoing and use of the paper A910s will be phased out later this spring. If you or others in your department initiate contracts requiring signature on behalf of the university, please visit
https://www.uc.edu/ucflex/trainingopp/
to sign up for a mandatory training session at your earliest convenience.
Please note that access to the EMS Contract Management system is restricted until attendance at a training system is verified.
Therefore, please sign up for an available session as soon as possible so your departments contracting needs are not compromised.
Should you have any questions related to the new system or the training sessions, please contact Kori Landon at
or 558-1726.
