Interim President Beverly J. Davenport's Statement on the Anniversary of the Death of Samuel DuBose
"We will never forget the tragic death of Samuel DuBose and the profound sorrow his family and loved ones have endured. On behalf of the entire University of Cincinnati community, I want to express my deepest condolences to them for their devastating loss. I also want to acknowledge how our campus and community have come together with and for each other -- to seek out healing, hope, understanding and unity. Our work is unfinished, but our will is unbroken. More than ever, we are deeply committed to creating a campus where everyone feels welcome and safe and policing is fair and equitable."
