Tai Chi: A combination of graceful and gentle meditative movements that focus on cultivating breathing and its relation to energy, vitality and mindfulness.
- Group Cycling: Performed on a stationary bike, this class is based on real terrain rides with a focus on heart rate and cadence. Set to pumping music that will motivate!
- Yoga Flo: Challenging flowing form of yoga is designed to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with quicker transitions between poses.
- Tennis for Beginners or Intermediates: New 10 week course!
All fitness classes are taught by an experienced member of the HealthPlex training staff. (Note: you do not have to be a member of the Healthplex.)

The University of Cincinnati student chapter of Remote Area Medical held its annual free health clinic July 11-12 at St. Xavier High School. Medical, dental and vision care was offered to adults and children, with no income requirements or insurance needed.
