Helping you obtain optimal health is the main focus of Peachy's Health Smart, located on Montgomery Road. As a registered dietician, Peachy Seiden's seminars include how to create healthy meals and sound weight loss advice. She also clarifies the often confusing nutritional information found on the internet and in the media. These nutrition seminars are packed full of current nutritional information which targets specific conditions and concerns.
Classes are six weeks long. Participants can choose to attend on Wednesdays, 5:30-7 p.m., Sept. 21-Oct. 26; or Saturdays, 2:30-4 p.m., Sept. 17-Oct. 22.
