UC s Campus Rec Offers Free Personal Training Session
Make December your month to train with a Campus Recreation Personal Trainer. Receive one, free personal training session with every five sessions purchased during the month of December. Training sessions can last up to 45-minutes.
Our friendly, knowledgeable and certified staff will provide careful instruction, accountability and motivation designed around all of your personal health and fitness goals. All trainers hold a minimum of one nationally accredited certification. Campus Rec's experienced trainers hold nationally recognized certifications through the following organizations: American Council on Exercise (ACE®), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM®), National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA®), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as others. Training sessions can be purchased at the member services desk at both the CARE/Crawley Fitness Center and the Campus Rec Center.
