Join Communiversity instructor Stacy Best for a six-week fitness and nutrition program that supports you in making lifestyle changes so you have all the energy and vitality you need to lose or maintain weight and feel amazing. The weekly classes include 30 minutes of high-intensity cardio and strength training and 30 minutes of holistic nutrition education, recipes and suggested meal plans. This program is suitable for beginners through advanced fitness levels.
Stacy Best is a Registered Kinesiotherapist, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, fitness professional and Master Gardener. Stacy's key achievements include: Fit to Garden, Garden for the Health of It and Live Your Best Life-program creator from thought to finish; producer and main talent for video clip series on

University of Cincinnati college is piloting a program to serve alumni of foster and kinship care

In 2025 the Ohio Reach Postsecondary designation was awarded to UC's College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology (CECH) as part of the program's third cohort. The program recognizes and supports higher education institutions that have worked to make their campuses welcoming and accessible for students with a history in foster or kinship care. CECH will run a pilot program called Anchor Point aimed at wide-scale implementation across the campus in Fall 2026.
