Need a Primer on UC s 25Live Space Reservation System?

25Live, the University of Cincinnati’s online event scheduling and publishing system, manages the scheduling of classes and events. 25Live enables users to search for resources and request and reserve venues and times. 25Live also allows classes and/or events to post to UC’s electronic and web calendars.

Presented by Conference & Event Services personnel, these one-hour training workshops will be available 12:30-1:30 p.m. at TUC in room 427.

  • Feb. 3 (TUC 425) and 15
  • March 3, 15 and 31
  • April 12 and 28
  • May 10 and 26

Each training session will review the 25Live process, and provide answers to questions regarding the use of the software and the scheduling process. Take this opportunity to brush up on reservation skills for all events planned for the upcoming year.

Feel free to bring lunch to the workshop. Each session is limited to 30 people. Go to the

Conference & Event Services registration page
