Start the New Year off Right with Communiversity Pilates Classes

Pilates mat classes are taught standing and on the floor, using body weight as the primary form of resistance. Focus is on core abdominal and back muscles and lengthening the spine. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.

Communiversity instructor Robin Selzer has been practicing Pilates for 12 years and was certified to teach in 2003. She has taught mat, reformer and stability ball classes in group settings, duets and for individual private clients at various studios and fitness centers. Her classes provide instruction on proper form and leave participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Our six week class meets on Wednesdays at noon at the AACRC (main campus). The class fee is $72.
