  • Creole Shrimp Cornbread Bruschetta
  • Chicken Creole Soup

Entrées and Sides:

  • Grillades: Grilled Steak Medallions topped with Spicy Gravy
  • Poisson Creole: Red Snapper cooked in a Creole Tomato Sauce
  • Cheese Grits
  • Collard Greens with Bacon

Dessert:

  • Zesty Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
