Event Planners Have New Parking Contact
Parking Services is proud to partner with University of Cincinnati departments to serve guests for special events.
Carmen Williams-Banks, the department's assistant director, manages events and field operations. When departments or organizations schedule events requiring parking, Williams-Banks will work with them to arrange appropriate parking options.
Parking Services has experienced significant growth in the number of special events on campus. In addition, they have identified a number of events that, if notified, they can assist in providing more efficient parking experiences for visitors.
Because Parking Services can see the big picture when other events may have parking facilities at capacity, they can help avoid frustration for event guests. When an event numbers 50 or more attendees, completing the online Special Parking Request form will initiate a connection to Williams-Banks, who will assist with event parking options.
Departments are encouraged to contact Williams-Banks directly to discuss upcoming events.
