This event, which will begin with a
12:30 p.m. carnival on University Pavilion Plaza
, brings together students, staff, faculty and the UC community to participate in the Red and Black parade, leading to the annual Student Government inauguration in the Campus Recreation Center gym. Details are available on the MainStreet Stride

Due to the nature of the event, McMicken Circle will be closed from 1:30–2:30 p.m.
Thus, those parked there at that time will not be able to enter or leave between the 1:30-2:30 p.m. time period.
