Chef Lindsey is the owner of The Jaded Fork. Chef Lindsey Cook began her culinary career working in her hometown of Hamilton, Ohio. At 14, she was washing dishes at the Academy and soon became a car hop at Jollys Drive-In. Lindsey became intrigued with food service and began to explore baking in high school while working at the international bakery in Jungle Jims. She attended Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned her Associate's in Culinary Arts and her Bachelor's in Food and Beverage Management.
