Fall Into Shape With Campus Recreation s Boot Camp Sessions
During the month of September, Campus Recreation is offering free Boot Camp classes running Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 - 8:45 a.m. Sept. 5 28 in Nippert Stadium.
Join Campus Recreations Certified Group Fitness instructors, Kylie and Isaac, and the UC community to kick start your fall semester fitness. The boot camp classes include a dynamic warm-up and intervals incorporating both cardio and strength training.
Do not miss this opportunity to get a great work out in Nippert, surrounded by UC community members who will motivate and encourage you. All experience levels of fitness are welcome. Campus Recs knowledgeable instructors work with all Boot Campers to help make the experience catered to your fitness needs. Workout 6 of the 8 classes, and get entered for a chance to win a prize.

Honoring the late Randy Allemang, BSME '72, MS '73, PhD '80, the Randall J. Allemang Endowed Faculty Support Fund at the University of Cincinnati is giving new life to the immeasurable impact Allemang had on the field of structural dynamics. The fund has reached $1 million in donations, making it an official endowed professorship with the UC Foundation.
