Sept. 7 Wine & Spirits Tasting at Mick and Mack s Café: Regional Wines

 Wine & Spirits Tastings take place every first Thursday,

with the first spirit served at 5:30 p.m.

Wine & Spirits Tastings include a flight of four wines and hors d’oeuvres for $20 per person.

September 7: Regional Wines
Starters Paired with Biltmore Estates Chardonnay:

  • Fresh Spring Mix Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic Parmesan Cheese, Shallots and Parsley
  • Shrimp Rounds: Marinated Shrimp on Toast

Entrées Paired with Biltmore Estates Cabernet Sauvignon:

  • Roasted Herb Butter Prime Rib
  • Stuffed Cornish Game Hen
  • With Baked Potatoes with Garnishments, Roasted Asparagus

Desserts Paired with Biltmore Estates Riesling:

  • Key Lime Pie
  • Pecan Pie

  • September 21 Chef's Table: Steak & Red Blends, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
  • September 28 Local Beer Tasting: Oktoberfest, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
  • October 5 Wine & Spirits Tasting: German & Austrian, with the first course served at 5:30 p.m.
