Poet Richard Hague to Visit UC Clermont

The UC Clermont College 2017-18 Poetry Series will welcome poet Richard Hague on Nov. 8. Hague is the second of four authors to visit the college’s Batavia campus during this academic year as part of the annual series.

Richard Hague is author of 13 collections of poetry.

Most recent poetry titles are “Public Hearings” (Word Press, 2009), “During The Recent Extinctions: New & Selected Poems, 1982-2012” (Dos Madres Press, 2012), “Where Drunk Men Go” (Dos Madres Press, 2015) and “Beasts, River, Drunk Men, Garden, Burst, & Light: Sequences and Long Poems” (Dos Madres Press, 2016.) He is writer-in-residence at Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Ky.

Hague will be on hand at 1:25 p.m., Nov. 8, followed by a reading and book signing at 2:30 p.m. in the UC Clermont Park National Bank Art Gallery.
