Park National Bank Donates $7,000 to Arts at UC Clermont
Park National Bank President David Gooch presented a $7,000 check to UC Clermont College on May 24, continuing the banks two decades of support for the college. The banks recent donation includes $5,000 to the
Program and $2,000 for student scholarships.
We are proud to support the good work going on at UC Clermont, said Dave Gooch, president of Park National Banks Southwest Ohio & Northern Kentucky Division. The spirit of giving back to the communities that support us connects directly with the core values of our organization. We think supporting the students who will become our communitys future is a great way to do that.
The Community Arts Series at UC Clermont College includes Calico Childrens Theatre, which showcases performances for families with young children, and the Park National Bank Gallery, which features juried local and national art exhibits. The Park National Bank Art Gallery is celebrating its 24th anniversary, while Calico Childrens Theatre has entertained area audiences for more than 30 years.
"A strong arts program not only enriches the experiences of our students, but the lives of community members as well. UC Clermont is grateful for Park National Bank's longstanding support of the college, our Art Gallery and our students," said UC Clermont Dean Jeff Bauer.
