UC HEALTH LINE: Get Health Tips and Gym Membership at Women's Health Events

CINCINNATI—Attend one of two women’s health events in May and receive 30 days free at an area Curves fitness center.

UC Health experts will be on hand Friday, May 14, and Saturday, May 15, to offer guidance on a number of women’s health topics as part of the national Small Steps, Healthier Lives campaign, sponsored by Curves International, womenshealth.gov, About.com and da Vinci Surgery.

On Friday, May 14, hear from W. Edward Richards, MD, UC associate professor and director of women’s cancer and oncology, and Steven Lindheim, MD, UC professor and reproductive endocrinologist. The two will speak from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the UC Health University Hospital cafeteria classrooms, 234 Goodman St. Guests should park in Goodman Garage and will have their parking validated for a discount.

Hear from Richards and Kellie Flood-Shaffer, MD, UC associate professor and obstetrician gynecologist, Saturday, May 15, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Fort Thomas Curves, 90 Alexandria Pike.
