World Boxing Champ Tours Cancer Facility
The current World Boxing Organizations Welterweight World Champion, Tim Bradley, toured the UC Health Barrett Cancer Center Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, to learn more about cancer services at the outpatient adult cancer care facility and ongoing research conducted at the University of Cincinnati Cancer Institute. The stop was part of a more extensive tour of local schools, community organizations and Boys and Girls Clubs sponsored by Cincinnati City Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld and the Ndukwe Foundation to discuss the importance of good decision-making and healthy living.
