Filak to Present Updates in Medical Education Feb. 18
Andrew Filak Jr., MD, senior associate dean for academic affairs and education, will present, "Weve Only Just Begun: Changes in Medical Education, from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18 in Kresge Auditorium.
His talk will include a discussion of the College of Medicines new medical education curriculum as well as future plans and challenges in moving toward competency-based education and assessment. There will be an opportunity for questions following his presentation.
The next in the series of senior associate dean presentations will be held Monday, March 18, and will feature Lori Mackey, senior associate dean for operations and finance.
