Brisben to be Honored at Benefactor Awards Dinner April 18
Patty Brisben, founder and chief executive officer of Pure Romance and founder of the Patty Brisben Foundation, is being recognized as a Life Founder for her contributions to the university at the Benefactor Award Celebration, being held Thursday, April 18, at the Kingsgate Marriott.
The Benefactor Award Celebration is an annual event in April which recognizes donors who have reached milestones for cumulative/lifetime philanthropic support to UC of $100,000 or more.
Through her company and foundation, Brisben has supported numerous initiatives around UC, including the UC Cancer Center, the Epilepsy Center, the Carl H. Lindner College of Business and UC Clermont College. In addition, two generous grants from Pattys Foundation were provided to the College of Medicine, both of which have supported research efforts of Michael Thomas, MD, director of the UC Reproductive, Endocrinology and Infertility program.
