Video: UC PharmD Candidate Named 2014 OSHP Student of the Year
Jeremy Klein, a fourth-year PharmD student at the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy, has been named the 2014 Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists (OSHP) student of the year.
"He possesses a strong therapeutic knowledge base and is a self-motivated learner committed to becoming a successful clinical pharmacist. His leadership experience will allow him to be a pharmacy advocate in his daily activities and in his continued organizational involvement," saysVeronica Moore, PharmD, an emergency medicine pharmacist with TriHealth who nominated Klein for the award.
Moore is also the president of the Greater Cincinnati Society of Health-System Pharmacists and served as Klein's preceptor during his rotation at TriHealth
Klein will receive this esteemed OSHP recognition at the organization's annual meeting Wednesday, April 10, in Columbus, Ohio.
