Registration Open: National Telehealth Conference
An event, with six specialized tracks each day, aimed at providing telehealth experiential learning for health care providers, administrators and faculty, will be held on Thursday, March 20, and Friday, March 21. 

Lecture: "The United States Surgeon General—Fighting Tobacco for 50 Years.”
Acting United States Surgeon General, Rear Adm. Boris Lushniak, MD, MPH, will lecture at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Wednesday, March 26. He will present, "The United States Surgeon General—Fighting Tobacco for 50 Years. 
 
Raising Spirits for the Cure
A wine tasting will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, March 29, to raise money for the UC Cancer Institute and the Hank Roy Fund, supporting research and awareness of head, neck and oral cancer.

At least two weather patterns increase headaches, UC study suggests

University of Cincinnati physicians and collaborators identified two specific weather patterns that increase headache and migraine risk and found the preventive medication fremanezumab (Ajovy) can reduce weather‑associated headaches. The findings will be presented at the American Headache Society Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando.
