Save-the-Date for Research Week 2015
Research Week 2015, a joint effort between UC, Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center, the Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training (CCTST), the Cincinnati Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Cincinnati Education and Research for Veterans (CERV) Foundation and UC Health, will be held May 4-8, 2015. The event will place focus on community research, the future of research, including education and commercialization, and celebrating future researchers. Highlights will include a technology and core facilities fair; a keynote presentation by Nobel Laureate and accomplished scientist David Baltimore, PhD; a "Shark Tank-style research competition with cash prizes; a visiting professorship lecture by Michael Gaziano, MD, MPH, principal investigator of the Million Veteran Program; and more.
