Monthly Community Educational Series Focuses on Cancer

The UC Cancer Institute will hold a series of educational events throughout 2015 to teach the community about various types of cancer, risk factors and the interventions and treatments available. These seminars will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Cancer Support Community in Blue Ash, 4918 Cooper Road, although the location may vary throughout the year. The events are free and open to the public. The current schedule is as follows:

At least two weather patterns increase headaches, UC study suggests

University of Cincinnati physicians and collaborators identified two specific weather patterns that increase headache and migraine risk and found the preventive medication fremanezumab (Ajovy) can reduce weather‑associated headaches.
