Walkway to Eden Garage Will Be Closed Weekend of March 6-8
Due to the installation of new glass sliding doors, the walkway that connects Level G of the Medical Sciences Building (MSB) to Eden Garage will be closed from Friday night, March 6, until Sunday night, March 8.
Work will begin at midnight Friday, March 6, and is scheduled to end by 6 p.m. Sunday, March 8. (Actual work hours will be from midnight Friday to 3 p.m. Saturday, then 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.)
During the weekend, there will be no pedestrian access to Eden Garage from the MSBs Level G or UC Medical Center. The only access to the garage will be via Eden Avenue or surrounding streets. The contractor will have signage posted at both ends of the walkway and also personnel stationed at each end during work hours to help guide pedestrians around the work (for example, exiting the MSB via the CARE/Crawley Atrium entrance).
