Master's of Public Health Program Holds Mini Conference April 24

The Master’s of Public Health Program, which is housed in the UC Department of Environmental Health, is hosting a Mini Public Health Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, April 24, in the Kettering Lab Complex. During the conference, students will present their practicum and capstone projects. Refreshments, lunch and a poster exhibition are also included in the day’s activities. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Kettering Atrium.

At least two weather patterns increase headaches, UC study suggests

University of Cincinnati physicians and collaborators identified two specific weather patterns that increase headache and migraine risk and found the preventive medication fremanezumab (Ajovy) can reduce weather‑associated headaches.
