Open House Saturday, April 18, for Liberty Township Primary Care Office
UC Health will host a public open house Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at its new primary care office in Liberty Township. Located at 6645 Princeton-Glendale Road, Liberty Township, Ohio, 45011 (near 129), this UC Health Primary Care location replaces UC Healths Fairfield office.
Seeing patients at the Liberty Township location is Bharati Narasimhan, MD. Narasimhan is board-certified in family medicine and completed her residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Wisconsin.
The new office follows UC Healths new primary care office model already in place in Trenton and Milford. According to Peter Iacobell, UC Health vice president, strategic planning and business ventures, the buildings design is part of a visual branding strategy that identifies and links UC Healths free-standing ambulatory sites.
The primary care offices are 5,000 square feet, with eight exam rooms, one procedure room and space for patient education.
UC Health partnered with Northridge Realty and Haglage Construction on its Liberty Township location.
