New IDs and Badge Holders Available at CARE/Crawley Building
In order to upgrade security of the University of Cincinnati ID card, new cards are being distributed. Faculty, staff and affiliates may pick up their new cards Thursday, Oct. 15, and Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 21-22, in the CARE/Crawley Atrium. Times are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Existing employee photographs are being used; there is no need to obtain a new photo.
Student distribution begins Oct. 26 on the west campus and Nov. 2 on the medical campus. Cards for emeriti and retirees will be made as requested at the Public Safety Keys and Badges Office after Nov. 2.
The new ID cards cannot be punched for clip-on attachments. Public Safety ordered new badge holders, and they will be distributed with new IDs. If you have already picked up your badge and need a holder, you may pick one up in the CARE/Crawley Atrium at the distribution point.
