Integrative Medicine at Turner Farm: Food Education Series Starts July 13

The UC Center for Integrative Health and Wellness at Turner Farm has openings for the summer Community Education Series programs. Join experts at Turner Farm in Indian Hill to learn about food as a healing mechanism. Each program takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursdays and includes a farm-fresh lunch. Cost is $55 per program or $130 for the series. Program topics are:

• July 13 - Food as Medicine for a Healthy Weight - Angela Fitch, MD
• Aug.17 - Integrative Nutrition for Cancer - John Sacco, MD
• Sept. 21 - Mindfulness for Stress Reduction - Sian Cotton, PhD

At least two weather patterns increase headaches, UC study suggests
