UC psychologist says dreams can serve as a wake up call to take action

Maria Espinola, PsyD, assistant professor in the UC College of Medicine and UC Health clinical psychologist, discusses dreams and what your night of sleep might be indicating is happening in your life. Some believe dreams don’t mean anything and are just “our brain’s response to biochemical changes that happened while we were sleeping,” Espinola told a journalist for Teen Vogue.
