UC faculty and staff among Rising Star leadership honorees
YWCA Greater Cincinnati celebrates 20th class
Movers & Makers announced selectees of this year’s Rising Star leadership program sponsored by YWCA Greater Cincinnati. Two members of this year’s class are among faculty and staff at the University of Cincinnati.
Kelli Beecher, assistant professor in the UC College of Nursing, and Brittany Bibb, assistant director of programs and operations, UC Division of Student Affairs, are among this year’s Rising Star leaders.
The two-decade old initiative honors individuals for board service and leadership designed to promote fairness and community in the region. It involves a six-month leadership training program that runs from January through June.
Forty emerging leaders across Greater Cincinnati were chosen for the Rising Star program.
