Conveniently located just east of campus, Jefferson House is a unique community with 16 four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. It's located directly across from the Sheakley Athletics Complex at Jefferson Avenue and West Charleton Street.
Jefferson House is not available for 2026-27
Please note, University Housing's lease of Jefferson House will conclude at the end of the 2025-26 academic year. Any students interested in living at the property should inquire directly with Uptown Properties.
Living at Jefferson House
Each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, granite counters and in-unit laundry. They are fully furnished with Full beds, dressers, night stands, and desks with chairs. Living rooms include a full-size sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center.
Parking at Jefferson House is not included in your room and board fees. You may purchase a permit for your community's garage/lot or one of the on-campus garages by the semester through Parking Services.
