June 6 Wine and Spirits Tasting: Bringing back Mick & Mack’s favorites

Location: UC Wine & Spirits Tastings take place every first Thursday, with the first spirit served at 5:30 p.m. Flight of three wines paired with a distinctive prix fixe menu: $20 per person, not including gratuity. Ticketing: mick_macks@uc.edu

June 6 – Bringing Back Mick & Mack’s Favorites, featuring Chef Coco Jones:

  • Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc, Cotes du Rhone, paired with Apple Gouda Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
  • Bellechasse Rouge, Bordeaux, paired with Blackened Salmon with Spinach or Airline Chicken with Butter Sauce, served with Squash Au Gratin and Dijonnaise Potatoes
  • Campo Viejo Brut Rose Cava, paired with Cheesecake

More beverage selections available. Must be 21 or older, and present valid ID to buy and consume alcohol.
