UC's Sept. 5 Wine & Spirits tasting: Napa Valley

Napa Valley, featuring chef Coco Jones:

Bread & Butter Chardonnay, paired with – Mediterranean Chicken and Fig pops

Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with the choice of Slow Roasted Citrus Salmon with Fresh Herb Salad or Rosemary – Garlic Marinated Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Arugala Pesto, both served with Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Rosehaven Rose, paired with Lemon – Lime Merigue Pie

Additional beverage selections are available. Must be 21 or older and present valid ID to buy and consume alcohol.
