Bread & Butter Chardonnay, paired with – Mediterranean Chicken and Fig pops

Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with the choice of Slow Roasted Citrus Salmon with Fresh Herb Salad or Rosemary – Garlic Marinated Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Arugala Pesto, both served with Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Rosehaven Rose, paired with Lemon – Lime Merigue Pie
