ProPublica: UC neurologist comments on functional disorder

Alberto Espay, MD, professor of neurology and rehabilitation medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, offered insights on functional disorder, which often has symptoms similar to Parkinson's disease, in an article posted today on ProPublica. The diagnosis disproportionally affects women, with as many as 80% of those afflicted being female.
