Choose an appetizer:

  • Beer Cheese Spread with Soft Pretzels
  • German Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce
  • Paired with Saint M Riesling, Germany 

Choose an Entrée: 

  • Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Chutney
  • Beer Braised Short Ribs
  • Sides – Red Potatoes & Sauerkraut with Bacon
  • Paired with Col di Sasso, Montalcino 

Choose a Dessert:

  • Desserts – German Chocolate Cake
  • Apple Strudel with Cinnamon Ice Cream 
  • Paired with Maschio Prosecco, Italy
