Yahoo: Community donates pianos and keyboards for UC students to use

CCM students receive instruments for practice during remote instruction

Last week, WCPO reported that some University of Cincinnati students in the College-Conservatory of Music were looking for pianos and keyboards in order to practice after the university shifted to remote learning amid the coronavirus crisis.

The community heard the students' pleas and stepped up in a big way.

Monday morning, a U-Haul delivered the keys to success for several CCM students.

Instrument donations came from people in the community, businesses and even a local high school. Read more from WCPO.

The news was also picked up by Yahoo.

CCM now has enough keyboards for all of the students in need.
