Limited IT support offered during winter season days
The IT Service Desk, powered by Digital Technology Solutions (DTS), will be closed from Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, during the university’s Winter Season Days closure.
The Service Desk will resume normal operations Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.

24/7 Support for Canvas and tools within Canvas will be available throughout Winter Season Days.
- Call us: Dial (513) 556-HELP (4357) or (866) 397-3382 from your personal phone. Dial 6-HELP (4357) from a university phone on campus. Then, select option 3.
- Start a chat support session in Canvas: Click the “Help” icon in the left-hand navigation menu and select “Chat With Canvas Support.”
