Limited IT support offered during winter season days

The IT Service Desk, powered by Digital Technology Solutions (DTS), will be closed from Friday, Dec. 23, 2022, through Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, during the university’s Winter Season Days closure. (Note: Requests submitted by College of Medicine Staff will be handled by COMIT.)

The Service Desk will resume normal operations Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.

  • Call us: Dial (513) 556-HELP (4357) or (866) 397-3382 from your personal phone. Dial 6-HELP (4357) from a university phone on campus. Then, select option 3.
  • Start a chat support session in CanvasClick the “Help” icon in the left-hand navigation menu and select “Chat With Canvas Support.”
