IT maintenance may affect access to select systems

Students, faculty and staff may experience periods of intermittent access to some IT services and systems from 7 to 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, during a planned IT maintenance window.
What’s happening
Digital Technology Solutions will upgrade the university’s SQL database production environment during a planned IT maintenance window from 7 to 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, July 17. This necessary upgrade will enhance the security of the overall SQL database environment.
What you can expect
Many commonly used services including Canvas and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook email, etc.) will be available throughout the maintenance window.
You may experience brief interruptions to select IT services and online systems affected by the database migrations associated with the planned SQL upgrade.

- Animal Protocol Research Administration Portal (IACUC)
- Annual Performance Review System
- Clermont Aviation
- College of Medicine Effort Reporting
- Digital Accessibility Gateway

- eProfessional – including web pages that display eProfessional data
