Nominations Open For President's Quality Service Awards
Nominations are now being accepted for the President's Quality Service Awards. This program was initiated as part of the Quality Service Initiative to honor individuals and teams from the University for outstanding quality service.
All permanent employees on University payroll are eligible for nomination. Up to six winning individuals and two teams will be announced by early June, and honored at the Celebrate UC! event on October 27, 2005.

Nominations will be accepted through Friday, May 13, 2005, and may be submitted online, mailed to Diane Lewis at ML 0080, or faxed to Diane at 556-4322. Nominations may be submitted by anyone, including self-nominations.
Up to six $1000 awards to individuals and up to two $2500 awards to teams may be given each fiscal year. These are centrally funded from the Quality Service Initiative budget.
Nominations will be reviewed and validated by a subcommittee of the Quality Service Initiative Advisory Council. The committee will submit the list of winners for approval by President Zimpher.
