Value Dates and UC Department/Affiliate Rates at UC s Kingsgate Marriott Announced

UC departments paying with UC funds have two options to request a reservation:

Option 1: Complete the UC Guest Room Reservation Request Form here.
Option 2: Submit a reservation request online at Marriott here.

The $149 UC department rate is subject to availability and both options require a credit card to hold the reservation.

The $159 UC affiliate rate is subject to availability and requires verification at the time of check-in. UC Affiliates are defined as UC employees, parents of UC students, and as individuals on UC-related business. Verification types include: a UC ID (parents can use their student’s ID) or a letter of engagement/confirmation from a university department.

Kingsgate Marriott is also offering meeting packages for as low as $99 on the following dates during the 2013-14 academic year:

October 27-31
November 17-21
December 15-21
January 10-11 and 19-23
February 7-8 and 16-20
March 17-20 and 29-31
April 1-4

Efforts to build more affordable housing in Cincinnati have created concerns for residents as low-income housing has been concentrated in some of the city’s poorest neighborhoods, WCPO reported. Gary Painter, PhD, the academic director of the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business real estate program and a professor of real estate, said a complaint against the city could lead to positive outcomes.
