Campus Rec Membership Reimbursement Program

The pilot reimbursement plan that Campus Recreation and Human Resources have developed, designed to encourage health improvements across the university, has the added benefit of breaking down the cost barrier for employee memberships.

All primary members will be eligible to qualify for the new Rec Rewards program.

How the Rec Rewards program will operate:

  • Members of Campus Recreation continue to make membership payments; non-members should sign up now to initiate the program
  • Beginning in February, check-in and workout on at least 8 different days during the month
  • Get reimbursed $26.66 the following month
  • Repeat.

Here are the steps to get started and to maintain a place in the program:

  • Become a member by signing up at the Member Services desk at either the Campus Rec Center or the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley and workout the rest of December for free!
  • Check out program details on the Campus Recreation webpage
  • Schedule an initial health assessment
  • Complete the free initial health assessment
  • Get a follow-up health assessment at 6 months.
