Instructional Tech Experts Offering One-on-One Consultations with Faculty

The Center for Excellence in eLearning and the eLearning Support Team invites faculty to Open Consultation Days on

Monday, May 4,

and Tuesday, May 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in 743 Steger Student Life Center

. Instructional technology experts are available to work one on one with faculty on a walk-in basis.

 

Consultants are available to address any instructional technology questions, including, but not limited to:

  • Exporting final grades from Blackboard to the Registrar
  • Downloading a Grade Center backup
  • Archiving and/or exporting courses
  • Copying or importing content into future term courses
  • Setting up the Blackboard Grade Center
  • Creating assignments and Safe Assignments
  • Building tests and surveys
  • Creating, using and sharing rubrics
  • Building learning modules
  • Adding audio and video to using Kaltura
  • Adding content from YouTube, SlideShare and Flickr

This is the perfect opportunity to have course design or technology questions answered before classes start. Open Consultation Days are hosted by the IT@UC Center for Excellence in eLearning and the eLearning Support Team.
